Pietro Seni

Co-founder of the Orthopaedic Institute of Dayton in 1971, Dr. Seni currently has limited his practice to non-surgical orthopaedic care. Dr. Seni has extensive experience in Orthopaedic Surgery including total joint replacement and reconstructive surgery of the hip, knee, foot and shoulder.

Dr. Seni completed medical school in Bogota, Colombia at Xavier University before completing one year of rural medicine, a year of internship in Colombia and postgraduate studies in Rome, Italy. After coming to the United States he finished another year of internship along with 1 ½ years of general surgery residency at St. Thomas Hospital in Akron, Ohio, and three years of residency in orthopaedic surgery at Elyria Memorial Hospital and Gates Hospital for Crippled Children in Elyria, Ohio.

Dr. Seni is Board Certified to practice Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Wright State University School of Medicine.
