Dr. Fisher is a Family Practice physician with whom many physicians at OID had worked with through Kettering Sports Medicine. Dr. Fisher joined OID to fulfill the need to screen patients who might need non-surgical care. Some patients may have musculoskeletal problems that don’t require orthopaedic treatment. Dr. Fisher evaluates their complaints and then refers them back to their own physician, to another type of specialist or, if they so chose, will undertake their treatment himself.
