Prescription and Refill Information
Prescriptions and refills are issued during office hours only. Physicians do not routinely write prescriptions or refills during the evenings and weekends due to the difficulty of checking medical records in off-hour times.
When requesting a refill, it is preferred that you call your physician early in the day so that we can best meet your needs.
When calling to request a refill you will need to provide:
- Physician's name
- Your name and phone number
- Medication name
- Rx number
- Pharmacy name and phone number
