Kevin Paley, MD

Orthopedic surgeon Kevin Paley, MD, specializes in knee surgery, shoulder surgery, and sports medicine. He brings over thirty years of experience in the medical field to the team at Orthopaedic Institute of Dayton, which has three locations in Dayton, Miamisburg, Springboro, and Tipp City, Ohio.

Dr. Paley is a life-long Daytonian, having graduated from Dayton Christian High School in 1982. He attended Denison University as well as the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, graduating with a medical degree in 1990. He completed his orthopedic training at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Paley also completed a sports medicine fellowship at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Paley has completed specialized training in the arthroscopic management of sports injuries to the shoulder and knee. He has a large total joint practice, specializing in total joint replacements of the knee, hip, and shoulder in younger, more active patients.

Dr. Paley has a highly-trained team of assistants who assist him in the office as well as the operating room. This team includes his surgical scrub tech, Jennifer Baldwin.

Jenny Baldwin has been with Dr. Paley for the past 12 years in the capacity of his surgical scrub assistant. She assists him in the operating room. Jenny has 16 years of experience as a certified surgical scrub. Jenny holds an associate applied science degree from Sinclair Community College. Jenny and her husband, Brad, who is a Dayton fireman, have two children who attend Carroll High School.

Dr. Paley is on staff at Kettering Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital, Sycamore Hospital, and Greater Dayton Surgery Center.
